Is this for brand-new products or existing ones?
Both. We build SaaS products from scratch, and we also take over existing codebases — including cleaning up and modernising ones that have outgrown their original team.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Either, depending on what makes sense. For well-scoped MVPs we'll often quote a fixed price. For longer engagements with evolving requirements, time-and-materials is usually more honest to both sides.
What size of SaaS product do you typically build?
Sweet spot is mid-complexity — the sort of product that would need a 3–6 person team at a traditional agency. AI-augmented workflows let a single senior engineer deliver that scope faster and at materially lower cost.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
